Estimates
Estimates are free and without obligation, whether by phone, by photo or in person. There is no charge for the site visit.
Booking and deposits
When a job needs a deposit, the amount is written on your estimate, and it is credited to the final bill.
Canceling or rescheduling
- You can cancel or move a job free of charge; call or text us as early as you can.
- There is no trip fee. If we arrive and cannot access the work, we reschedule.
- If weather or safety makes a job impossible, we reschedule at no charge.
Payment
You approve the final price on site before work starts, and payment is due when the job is finished. If the job changes while we are there, we stop and re-quote before continuing.
Refunds
- If you cancel before work starts, your deposit is refunded in full, as written on your estimate.
- If we cannot perform a job you have prepaid for, we refund the prepayment in full, with no deductions.
- If a job is stopped part way, you are charged only for the work actually done and any costs already incurred.
Our come-back promise
If something on the agreed list was missed, tell us when you see it and we come back and finish it at no extra charge. Defects in our workmanship are covered by our warranty: five years on our labor; materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, up to 50 years on some products. Items that were not on the agreed list are quoted separately.
Problems
Call or text (515) 619-0180 as soon as you see a problem with our work. We call you back and, where something is our fault, we fix it. Please contact us before disputing a payment, because a conversation is faster for both of us. Anything we cannot resolve is handled under the disputes section of our Terms of Service.
